krishna Jayanthi
The krishna jayanthi was celebrated on the end of the academic year. The Chief Guest was welcomed and accompanied to the auditorium, along with the Principal and other staffs. The function began on a welcome note. The Junior School children welcomed the parents with a special dance.
The children then shared their ‘Joyous Experiences’ of the past two years. They promised to keep their little lights shining, as they sang the Graduation Day song with a lot of enthusiasm. Our little graduates looked impressive in their gowns and caps. They stood confidently and sang beautifully, doing their parents and teachers proud.
The teachers received the certificates on behalf of the newly graduated students. The Chief Guest, accompanied by our Principal and our Head Primary gave away the certificates.
The students bid farewell to the ‘little graduates’ with a medley and a special farewell song. The children of Grade 1 also played their part and welcomed the new graduates with a special song and a dance.
Our Chief Guest was impressed by the children’s performance and spoke about the significance of the role of parents and teachers in helping the children ‘grow and bloom’.
In conclusion, JPS principal rendered the Vote of Thanks. She expressed her appreciation and thanked the entire team for their hard work, dedication and commitment towards making the event a memorable.
